For over 20 years, we've worked hand-in-hand with researchers across the globe. We've seen how they struggle to conduct their work in an environment that is growing ever more complicated and resource-strained. Scientists are constantly challenged by a lack of funding to support their research, as well as an environment that is becoming increasingly complex. Many of the building blocks needed to conduct their work are out of reach, making it impossible for them to do their job properly. We believe that the solution is to create a community where scientists are empowered, where they can connect, collaborate and share their work. We built an accelerator program that will be the foundation for this new ecosystem, where researchers can thrive. We want to give back to the scientific community by helping them do their best work.

- We believe that a lot of scientists feel overwhelmed with the challenges of running their research, their only main concern is their project, their innovation that needs to be validated or commercialized at scale; and competing for funding has become even harder.
- We believe that experienced students, post-docs and new principal researchers have to worry about running research projects, when all they spend their time into is to optimize their protocols and struggle with the logistics. This takes a lot of time and energy and it distracts from their core research activities.
- We believe that scientists are under increasing pressure to produce new insights and discoveries to stay in the race with research funders.
- We believe that many scientists struggle to manage their research projects even in the age of digital transformation, because of an increasing gap in technology adoption and the lack of some organization data and digital maturity.
- We believe scientists have too much hard work just to make their research operational, let alone make the project successful. And the whole process is stressful and frustrating
